We prepare each order within approximately 2 to 3 business days from the purchase confirmation. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the destination country, the carrier, and possible customs controls. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when it becomes available.

We believe that a piece of jewelry should not be ephemeral. We like pieces that accompany you, that travel with you and, over time, tell a story of their own. If one of our pieces needs attention, we will do our best to help you extend its life. Write to us at hello@salsolcito.com or through social media and send us a photograph of the piece. We will study each case individually and advise you on repair options.

Every skin is different. Although we carefully select the materials for our pieces, some people may experience sensitivities or reactions to certain natural or metallic components. If you know you have a specific allergy or sensitivity, we recommend checking the composition of each piece before purchasing, or contacting us. We will be happy to help you find the most suitable option for you.

We work with natural materials carefully selected for their beauty and uniqueness: natural stones, quartz, pearls, corals, shells, and conches. By their very nature, each material possesses unique characteristics that cannot be identically reproduced. Variations in color, texture, or shape are not defects: they are an expression of their authenticity.

Our pieces are crafted with natural materials that evolve organically with use, light, and skin contact. To keep them in the best condition, handle them with care. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, colognes, creams, cosmetics, and other chemical products. Remove them before showering, bathing, or playing sports. When not in use, store them in a dry, protected place, preferably individually, to prevent scratching.

It's best not to. We recommend removing them before showering, bathing, or coming into contact with salt water or chlorine, as moisture and external agents can affect the natural materials.

Clean your pieces with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid chemical cleaning products, which can damage the stones and natural materials.

Each Sal Solcito jewel is handcrafted in Barcelona with natural and semi-precious stones, quartz, pearls, corals, shells, and conches, each selected individually. We respect the nature of each material, so no two pieces are exactly alike. Colors, veins, shapes, and small details may vary from one piece to another: these differences are precisely what make each piece unique.

Yes. Sal Solcito ships to Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, and Peru, among other destinations. For shipments outside the European Union, please note that import duties or taxes may be applied by the authorities of the destination country, which will be at your expense when applicable.
